Created in 1993 by the Board of The Middle Cities Education Association as a state-approved group self insurance fund, MCWCF represents a proactive approach to workers' disability management.

Professional Administration
Professional administration means having experienced and competent staff dedicated to the goals of the organization and motivated to be the best.
The staff at MCWCF has over 30 years experience in risk management, risk control and prevention, claim management and financial administration. MCWCF's staff includes two Associates in Risk Management and a Certified Safety Professional. Claims are adjudicated and administered by a nationally known third party claims administrator. Litigation management is handled by some of the state's best known and most successful workers' compensation attorneys.
